To return a product at MPD, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM EST

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:

  • Customer name or number
  • Invoice number
  • Part Number(s)
  • Item serial number(s)
  • Nature of the problem

In general, MPD accepts returns on merchandise within the 90-day warranty period*.

Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to MPD on returned items, and MPD will pay the shipping charges on the repaired or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within the 90-day warranty period can be for exchange or repair at MPD's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. For further information on the return policy, please click here or download the return policy in PDF format below:

* The 90-day warranty period begins from the date of invoice. All parts sold by MPDparts are covered for a period of 90 days from the date it was purchased, regardless of the type of transaction. All parts are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. All parts are remanufactured unless otherwise noted.
