In
the event that a part or parts purchased fail
upon first use within the 90-day warranty period,
a replacement may be ordered through the returns
department. An RMA number must be issued before
returning the defective part or it will be refused
and sent back to the customer at customer's expense.
The replacement part will be shipped with no additional
freight charges applicable.
DOA's
must be return within 15 days from the date of
issue of the RMA number. Failure to do so may
result in rejection of the return or only partial
credit applied to the incident.
Parts
returned for DOA purposes that are found to be
in good working condition may be applied restocking
fees of 20% of the purchase price or $20.00, whichever
is greater, or rejected and sent back to the customer
at customer's expense.
